We're looking for a part-time video editor to join our growing e-commerce team — with the opportunity to quickly transition into a full-time role based on performance and results. This position is central to our creative operations and will be responsible for producing engaging ad content across several of our brands. What we're looking for: Strong English communication skills Availability to grow into a 5–6 day workweek (for now, expect just a few days per week) Open-mindedness to learning new skills Fast turnaround time without compromising on quality A growth mindset — someone who’s coachable, curious, and eager to learn Experience in creating UGC-style ads for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Meta, etc.) We'll be working with a variety of ad formats, including: Short-form (15–30 seconds) Mid-form (30–60 seconds) Long-form/VSL (1 minute and beyond) (You’ll have the chance to work on a range of creative content beyond just these, too.) We work collaboratively — everyone on the team contributes to results, and the better your work performs, the more you can earn.
