We help brands build unforgettable identities, design innovative digital experiences, and scale their visual storytelling. Our internal marketing is as bold as the work we do for clients—and we’re looking for a 3D artist who can bring both to life. The Role We’re hiring a 3D Artist with strong visual instincts and a collaborative spirit to create standout assets for both client deliverables and internal Radiance campaigns. You’ll work closely with our editor, animator, and marketing team to craft 3D elements that elevate our storytelling across digital platforms. From sleek product mockups to surreal visual loops, your work will help push the boundaries of how we present ideas. What You’ll Do Create 3D assets, models, and scenes for client projects and in-house marketing content Collaborate with editors and animators to ensure seamless integration of 3D elements into final motion pieces Translate brand guidelines into elevated 3D visual systems Deliver on fast-moving briefs while maintaining a high level of craft and originality Contribute creative ideas in brainstorms and visual development sessions Stay current with 3D design trends and best practices for social and web What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as a 3D artist or generalist (agency or creative studio background a plus) Experience working with AI tools as it pertains to 3D is a plus! A portfolio that showcases strong design sensibility and technical 3D skill
