Adobe Illustrator product label design

I'm looking to have one of product labels recreated in Adobe Illustrator that meet the printing specs for the new packaging for the product. The current label is in Adobe InDesign, but needs to be created from scratch in Illustrator. I have the spec specifics for the products attached. Also needed is the file created in dot color and background in a solid color. I'm hoping to get this label creating quickly.
