We are a top-tier consulting firm in the process of migrating our corporate website to the Webflow platform. We’re seeking an experienced Webflow developer with full-stack expertise and strong web design skills to assist our internal team with implementation, customization, and occasional technical problem-solving. This is a part-time, ongoing role (approx. 20 hours/month) with flexible hours, perfect for a detail-oriented freelancer who can work independently while collaborating with our marketing and design teams. Key Responsibilities: - Help implement and maintain Webflow-based site architecture - Translate Figma designs or existing brand templates into fully functional, responsive Webflow pages - Integrate forms, CMS, and custom interactions using Webflow’s native capabilities or custom code - Handle occasional front-end and back-end tweaks (JS, CSS, APIs, embeds, light scripting) - Assist with Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content population - Collaborate with in-house designer and marketing lead to ensure brand consistency - Troubleshoot Webflow or web-related issues as they arise Ideal Candidate: - Expert-level Webflow experience (portfolio of advanced Webflow projects is a must) - Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow CMS best practices - Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and Webflow’s custom code embedding - Knowledge of responsive design principles and UX best practices - Ability to work efficiently and communicate clearly with a remote team - Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, or analytics implementations Project Scope: - Approx. 20 hours/month, with the potential to scale up during site migration or feature builds - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - Communication via Slack, email, and occasional Zoom check-ins
