We are looking for a recruiter to do candidate sourcing for a mental health practice. Specifically, we are looking to hire a psychologist. This work will involve: 1. Paid candidate sourcing tools (please specify which you have) 2. Messaging on LinkedIn - must have the ability to message candidates without using inmail credits 3. Messaging on Facebook 4. Optimizing Indeed postings 5. Ability to source candidate emails with automated tools You will NOT have to interview candidates. We have an initial list of candidates with their LinkedIn profiles to contact, but after you review those, you will need to source more. Recruiters whose outreach is not automated will not be considered. Who We’re Looking For You are a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois. You hold a Psy.D. or Ph.D. You are committed to providing respectful, evidence-based care to individuals of all backgrounds. Neuropsychology experience is welcomed but not required—we’re happy to train and support clinicians from generalist backgrounds. What You’ll Do Provide psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults (with optional work with children). Evaluate individuals with presenting concerns including (but not limited to): ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, learning disabilities, autism, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and dementia. Optional therapy opportunities if desired. Collaborate with a team of psychologists who prioritize ethical care, professional development, and inclusive practice.
