Business Development / Sales Executive


Lore Design Inc. is an award winning boutique design firm specializing in residential interior design projects internationally. We are looking for a business development/ sales executive to help us grow our book of clients and industry partners. We’re looking to reach homeowners who’ve purchased a home recently or in the last 20 years in the +2MM range primarily located in NJ or NY. Our goal is to grow both our residential commercial project portfolio (office space, medical offices, hotels, and lobby spaces) Please send us your proposal if you can help us with the following: -Recommend and establish a sales outreach strategy to complement marketing efforts -Contribute to brand messaging and copywriting for digital marketing materials and campaigns -Help to build a pipeline list of prospects for future both residential and commercial projects -Nurture warm leads and past clients to see if they have any needs or can refer clients -Help us fine tune our service offering to make it easier for clients to work with us -Identify industry partnership opportunities to bring greater visibility to our services (e.g. partnering with builders, architects, real estate investors, etc.) -Experience serving luxury markets, construction, architecture, or wealth planing industries a plus, but not required You must be proficient in writing and speaking English.
