The existing BCBWA website, buckscountybwa.com, is built on the Wix website platform with backend Member Area login already set up. The BCBWA would like to have 2 new pages on the website, with forms integrated into the backend member account area. The 2 new pages are for a membership directory and speaker directory accessible to the public. Existing design will be utilized to create the pages. 1. Backend account area for members • Separate login for each member • Create form within their own member account to fill out to populate their member business listing which will auto populate the content into the member directory. 2. Member directory: • Create new member directory page • Board will determine text fields to use for member listing (number of text fields, TBD) • Listing should include photo upload capability (one image) • Data to be uploaded by the member, after they have logged into their account: text fields and discriptions to be included are below: Member directory text fields 1. Photo and/or Logo Photo A professional headshot or your company logo to make your card visually appealing. • Members can edit profile information when logged in • Member listing to look like an online business card which should all be uniform • Viewable to the public ---Is it possible to have a filter option to by field? (ex finance, realtor, health and wellness, arts/crafts etc) - open for discussion --- is it possible to have the listing viewable to public as long as their annual membership subscription status is listed as "active" Once inactive, it will automatically remove from the public facing webpage? • if the auto removal with subscription cancellation is not possible, then Board/admin side will require the option to edit and remove online business cards manually. 3.
