Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) is a diverse, nonpartisan network of equity-minded leaders at all stages of life and career. As a civic leadership development organization, LEE equips members with the knowledge, tools, and networks they need to influence systems through policy, advocacy, organizing, and public leadership. LEE membership is currently open to alumni of partner organizations such as Teach For America, School Board Partners, Moms Demand Action, Public Allies, and others. We are seeking a skilled Contractor to lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns aimed at engaging a national base of 7,500 LEE members across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok. The primary goal of this project is to motivate members to engage in LEE’s civic-focused programs and take-action opportunities. The ideal contractor will bring experience in paid advertising campaign strategy, creative development, audience targeting (with a focus on Gen Z), and performance analytics. Phase 1: Campaign Strategy & Asset Development Develop a multi-platform paid media campaign strategy and outreach in partnership with LEE’s internal teams. Work independently and with staff to Identify key audience segments and tailor messaging for each (priority: Gen Z; secondary: early to mid-career professionals). Develop creative assets using LEE’s brand templates including: Static images, carousels or multi-image posts for social media advertisements. Leverage LEE brand stock materials to create social media campaigns, reels, short videos to be used on media channels. Deliverable: A comprehensive paid advertisement campaign plan including strategy overview, audience targeting, timeline, messaging framework, and creative collateral. Phase 2: Paid Advertisement Campaign Execution & Optimization Work independently and with staff to launch and manage paid advertisement campaigns across identified platforms. Monitor real-time performance, adjusting as needed to meet KPIs. Conduct A/B testing for copy, creatives, and targeting. Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Deliverable: Full implementation of paid media campaigns targeting 7,500 members. Mid-campaign and final performance reports with optimization recommendations. Proven experience managing successful paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (TikTok experience a strong plus). Ability to craft and execute paid advertisement campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, especially Gen Z and young professionals. Strong grasp of platform analytics tools and performance reporting. Graphic design and content creation skills using brand templates. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
