Role Summary: We are seeking a young, creative, ambitious, and laid-back Social Media Manager to take the lead in growing QuarryChain’s online presence and authority. This individual will be responsible for managing, creating, and scheduling content across all QuarryChain and QuarryLabs social channels, fostering engagement within our community, and amplifying our voice within the blockchain industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and executing an ambitious ICO Campaign for QuarryChain’s (QRY) Private Pre-Sale and Public Sale. They will also develop and implement a growth-focused performance marketing strategy aimed at enhancing QuarryChain’s influence and positioning as an industry leader. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about crypto, Web3, and blockchain to make a significant impact at an exciting startup. Responsibilities: - Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and manage content for all QuarryChain/QuarryLabs social media channels. - Community Management: Foster meaningful engagement and maintain active conversations with our online community. - Growth & Performance Marketing: Design and implement a performance-driven growth marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, authority, and lead generation for QuarryChain. Analyze campaign metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and ROI maximization. -Quarry (QRY) ICO Campaign: Plan, execute, and monitor QuarryChain’s ICO marketing campaign targeting specific investor demographics across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, content marketing, events, and public relations. This role will also be responsible for strategizing funneling sales/traffic to Quarry’s Private Pre-Sale and Pre-Sale. Requirements: - Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and ICO marketplace - Proven experience managing social media platforms for Web3 projects or startups. - Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing software. - Experience working on marketing campaigns, particularly in crypto/token sales. - Deep Understanding of the Web3 Industry and its community dynamics - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to analyze metrics, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
