Your Role: We need an experienced partnerships manager who can identify, secure, and manage relationships with influential creators who perfectly align with our brand’s sarcastic and humorous voice. Your goal will be to leverage their audiences and create unique, collaborative T-shirt designs that can be marketed effectively online and sold exclusively through Spencer’s Gifts. What You’ll Do: • Research and identify top-tier influencers with strong audience alignment (Millennials & Gen Z). • Reach out and secure partnerships with influencers for co-branded merchandise opportunities. • Collaborate with influencers to develop unique and compelling T-shirt concepts. • Act as the main point of contact, managing relationships and ensuring successful partnerships. We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Has proven experience successfully negotiating influencer collaborations. • Understands social media trends, particularly humor, meme culture, and influencer marketing. • Is skilled at relationship management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Can independently identify and present partnership opportunities clearly and effectively.
