Job Description: We are a high-end custom outdoor living and pool design/build company seeking a talented and creative content creator to help us grow our brand presence, engage our target audience, and generate more leads through Instagram and the Meta Ads platform (Facebook/Instagram Ads). Responsibilities: Develop and manage a content strategy focused on increasing awareness and engagement. Create high-quality, visually compelling Instagram content, including: Posts (static and carousel) Reels (short-form video) Stories (daily engagement and updates) Write engaging captions with strong calls to action. Collaborate with our team to highlight current projects, before/afters, behind-the-scenes content, and client success stories. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager. Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on analytics. Requirements: Proven experience creating successful Instagram content (portfolio required). Strong knowledge of visual branding and storytelling. Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting and A/B testing. Basic video editing skills for Reels and Stories. Familiarity with outdoor living, home design, luxury lifestyle, or construction industries is a big plus. Bonus Skills (not required, but a plus): Graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite) Photography or drone footage editing Project Scope: Ongoing monthly work Starting with 12–16 posts/reels/stories per month + 1–2 ad campaigns
