A mid-sized, nationally recognized performing arts nonprofit based in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to design and lead a time-bound fundraising campaign. Scope of Work: Campaign Strategy & Development: Create a compelling campaign theme, messaging, and structure aligned with our mission and fundraising goals. Tool Selection & Implementation: Recommend and help implement a fundraising platform (e.g., Classy, Givebutter, or similar). Outreach Management: Oversee donor communications, email campaigns, and social media outreach using our existing networks and contact lists. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Monitor performance, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure we hit key benchmarks. Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and internal stakeholders to ensure tone, message, and strategy are on brand. Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated success leading nonprofit fundraising campaigns Excellent writing and donor engagement skills Proficiency with digital fundraising tools and platforms Self-directed with strong project management skills Bonus: Experience in the performing arts or youth development sectors Timeline: Project begins in early June, with the campaign active through August 31, 2025.
