Description: We’re looking for a Spanish, English, bilingual speaking journalist who knows how to take serious political news and make it pop on TikTok. If you can blend news with humor, memes, write compelling scripts, and create scroll-stopping videos, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Research and write TikTok scripts about U.S. political news that sparks strong reactions. Create a Tiktok account to add a humorous twist to serious news to get people talking and sharing. Film and edit videos repurposing/remixing content, memes, TV/YT/TT clips, and audio , no front-facing camera needed. Connect with the Latino community in the U.S. with content that feels relatable and real. What We’re Looking For: Strong Spanish writing skills. Experience creating TikToks or similar content. Ability to blend humor with hard-hitting news. Responsive and open to feedback. Passion for current events and Latino issues in the U.S. How It Works: Base pay per week: $180 (5 videos a week, 1 a day) Per Video Performance Bonuses: 500K - 1M views: +$30 1M+ views: +$45 Video Engagement Bonus: For each video with a 500,001-1,000,000 views AND 10%+ engagement rate (likes, comments, shares): +$40 For each video with a 1,000,001+ views AND 10%+ engagement rate (likes, comments, shares): +$55 Why Work With Us?
