Fractional Marketing Strategist for Medspa Launch (Brand + GTM + Systems)


We are launching a premium medspa brand and are seeking a senior-level marketing strategist to drive our go-to-market strategy, build our brand execution systems, and set up our internal team for success. This is a 3-month contract (15–20 hrs/week), with the potential to extend or scale. Translating our existing brand guidelines into: A Brand Experience Blueprint (how we show up visually, verbally, and experientially) A Messaging & Content Architecture to guide all copy and marketing voice Building a 3–6 month channel roadmap with priorities across email, social, and paid Developing repeatable systems: Creative briefing templates Content calendars Launch playbooks Collaborating with our in-house designer and content creator Advising on team structure and freelance resources (email, ads, content, influencers) You Are: A senior-level strategist or fractional CMO with 5+ years in DTC, wellness, or beauty Excellent at combining brand storytelling with channel execution plans Experienced in building toolkits for internal or freelance marketing teams Familiar with platforms like Meta Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (you won’t manage these directly, but should understand how they work) A proactive communicator who can work independently but align with founders Bonus Points If You: Have worked with medspas, aesthetic clinics, or lifestyle brands Can build light performance dashboards or brief them for others Know the Long Island/NYC area (for audience insight/local marketing angles)
