We’re seeking a results-driven digital marketing expert to manage our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for our fast-growing e-commerce brand. You will not only drive ad performance but also train a new internal team member on paid ad strategies and tools. Responsibilities: Plan, launch, optimize, and report on Meta and Google ad campaigns Monitor ROAS, CPL, CTR, and key metrics daily Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation Mentor and train a new in-house marketing employee (1-on-1 virtual sessions) Work closely with our creative and analytics team to ensure consistency and conversion alignment Requirements: Proven experience managing e-commerce ad campaigns (Meta + Google) Strong portfolio with case studies or past results Excellent communication and training skills Available Monday to Friday, 5 hours/day (we are flexible on time zone, but consistency is key) Familiarity with Shopify, product feeds, and retargeting strategies preferred Bonus if you have: Experience with beauty, lifestyle, or apparel brands Worked in hybrid media buying + team leadership roles Type: Freelance (with potential for long-term, full-time hire)
