I’m on the hunt for a Paid Ads Manager for around 10 hours a week with a flair for the unusual. Why? Because this agency is anything but typical (or maybe it is) — it's just me and a team of robots helping businesses small and not so small grow online. Unfortunately, I now have an empty (virtual) chair where my awesome operations manager used to sit—until she was whisked away by a billion-dollar brand. Thanks, capitalism. What You’ll Do: - Manage my team of digital marketing bots who are really good at analytics but not so great at office small talk. - Brainstorm and execute mind-blowing paid media campaigns with a team that never sleeps (because, well, they’re robots). - Help me explain human emotions to A.I. (good luck with that). - Pretend you’re managing a 'real' agency with a big fancy office when it's actually just me and a laptop. Requirements: #1 = speed - I work by the phrase "money likes speed" so I aim to get Ads up and running as fast as possible within a day or two. Does that mean you will be working crazy hours or weekends? Not at all these are all reasonable deadlines I just have a ton of work right now and can't provide the level of service I desire. - A sense of humor. Trust me, you’ll need it. - Ability to outwit an A.I. in a creative brainstorm session. - Experience in paid media, with a soft spot for campaigns that make people money (or at least smirk). - Willingness to be a "face" of the agency, since the robots are, well, faceless. J/K this role isn't client facing at the moment so you can't work behind the scenes.
