We are a Gen Z-led strategy and marketing agency — looking for outgoing, well-connected college students to help us grow our network on campuses across the U.S. This is a remote, flexible opportunity where you'll act as a campus connector, helping us identify other talented students for consulting, creative, research, and marketing roles. If you're active in your campus community, love meeting new people, and know how to reach peers through clubs, social media, or word-of-mouth, we want to hear from you. Your role will involve sharing opportunities with fellow students, referring potential hires, and helping us schedule intro calls. You’ll be provided with clear messaging, flexible hours, and the ability to earn pay per successful referral — or hourly, depending on your preference.
