Job Title: Set Up Meta Ad Campaigns in HubSpot (Includes Audience Research + UTM Tracking) ________________________________________ Project Description: We’re seeking a highly experienced digital marketer to manage the end-to-end setup of 15-20 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns using HubSpot’s Marketing Hub. This role involves audience research and buildout, custom UTM tracking, and full campaign creation and QA using pre-approved creative assets. This project is designed to recruit Travel Physical Therapists across the United States, and will require strategic targeting based on job titles, professional interests, and behavior. These are lead generation campaigns, meaning our goal is to build and capture audiences in Meta that mirror our current therapist leads. ________________________________________ Your Responsibilities Will Include: Audience Research & Setup: • Research and create a saved audience in Meta Ads Manager based on: o Job titles (Physical Therapists, Therapists, Travel PT, PT, etc) o Interests (travel ideally) o Employers (travel PT competitors!) • Save and document the audience with screenshots for approval Buildout of 15-20 Different Ads: • Use our provided copy and creative assets to build 20 Meta ads in HubSpot's Ad Campaigns tool • Link each campaign to the correct audience segment Tracking & Integration: • Create and apply UTM links inside of Meta for performance of each campaign (source/medium/campaign) • Sync tracking with HubSpot to enable campaign attribution • Link each ad to relevant HubSpot assets (landing pages, forms, or workflows) QA & Final Handoff: • Test each campaign before launch (preview links, UTM validation, audience sync) • Deliver a final report with: o Live campaign links o UTM summary o Screenshots and proof of deployment ________________________________________ Requirements: • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and HubSpot Marketing Hub • Strong understanding of audience targeting and custom audiences • UTM parameter setup and testing proficiency • Experience working with healthcare, recruitment, or professional services (preferred) • Familiarity with ad compliance, audience privacy, and data handling • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly ________________________________________ Timeline: • We expect the project to be completed within 15 business days once assets and guidance are provided. • Three rounds of revisions included ________________________________________ Budget: • UpWork fixed price paid to you: $1,200 USD per month for possibly 2 months o Continuation after month 1 will be decided by Elite365 • Meta Ads budget for all ads: $1,300 USD total for 20 ads (approximately $65 per ad; likely $5 per day for 13 days) ________________________________________ Confidentiality: Due to the sensitive nature of our candidate data and internal systems, a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required before work begins. ________________________________________ To Apply, Please Include: • A short summary of similar audience-based Meta ad campaigns you've built • Specific examples of: o Custom audience setup using email or interest-based targeting o UTM tracking strategy you've implemented o Campaigns launched using HubSpot’s Ads tool (if available) • Your availability to start and confirm you can meet the 15-business-day timeline
