Seeking Webflow Developer & Graphic Designer for Temporary Assistance

Groundswell is seeking a website designer and developer who is experienced in Webflow to cover for our lead designer and developer during her maternity leave from March-May 2025. Our agency currently manages 6 client websites. Most of our website maintenance work extends to CMS management, which is feasible for the rest of our team, but we’re looking for a freelancer who is able to make design and development adjustments if needed during this time frame. We don't have any current development work scheduled during our web designer’s leave, but are eager to connect with a partner(s) who would be able to fulfill any development needs that are beyond the capabilities of the rest of the team, who are only experienced in maintaining existing CMS and making written content updates to the websites we manage. Examples of development needs would likely be relatively simple, likely on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, in the realm of: * Adding media such as video, images, notification banners, etc to existing websites * Building simple additional web pages to existing sites * Adjusting structures of CMS collections We're also looking for someone who can assist with simple graphic design projects, such as: * Applying existing brand standards to collateral like presentation decks, one-pagers, etc * Creating social media graphics * Creating static ads for media campaigns such as digital, print, and outdoor ads You can learn more about Groundswell and the nature of our work at GroundswellNorthwest.com.
