Local Outreach Help (Short-Term) – Fill Summer Program in Los Angeles (10-Day Sprint) Description: We’re launching Pod Squad Summer Lab, an 8-week podcast program for middle schoolers in Burbank, and we need immediate help filling our last 20 spots. This is a 10-day outreach sprint to contact private/magnet schools, local parent groups, and community influencers. All materials are ready to go—we just need someone who can hit send, follow up, and deliver results. What You’ll Do: Email and/or call private/magnet middle schools in the LA area Post in LA parent Facebook groups or community forums (Nextdoor, Patch) DM local PTAs, parenting pages, and small influencers Send out 1–2 email blasts (Mailchimp or Gmail templates provided) Track responses and update us daily in a shared sheet Requirements: Must be LA-based or very familiar with the local school and parent community Strong written communication and outreach confidence Available to start immediately and commit to 10 focused days Experience with social media posting, group outreach, or community engagement preferred Budget: $300 flat for 10 days $100 bonus if we fill the program To Apply: Share 1–2 similar outreach jobs you’ve done Confirm you’re available to start within 24 hours Let us know if you’re LA-based or know LA school/parent networks
