:We’re seeking a driven and experienced B2B Sales Consultant with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry to help grow our client base for MyVirtualScribe.us. We provide end-to-end support services for medical practices including: • Virtual medical scribe services • Medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) • Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) • Chronic Care Management (CCM) Our mission is to help healthcare providers reduce administrative burdens, improve revenue outcomes, and enhance patient care through reliable virtual support. About the Role: This is a consultant/contract position to start, with strong potential to transition into a full-time sales leadership role based on performance and results. You’ll be selling high-value, recurring services to busy medical offices and independent providers. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, engage, and qualify B2B leads within healthcare practices (physicians, office managers, practice administrators, billing departments). • Conduct discovery calls and present our full range of services (virtual scribe, billing, RPM, CCM). • Understand practice-specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • Nurture and close sales opportunities to meet revenue targets. • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (we’ll provide access). • Share market feedback to refine our offerings and sales approach. • Work closely with our operations and onboarding team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handoff post-sale. Who You Are: • A proven B2B closer with a track record of selling to medical offices or healthcare organizations. • Knowledgeable about medical workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and practice management challenges. • Skilled in consultative selling, especially with non-technical, busy professionals (physicians, PAs, NPs, etc.). • Experienced with long-term service sales (monthly contracts, recurring revenue). • Self-starter who thrives in remote, independent work environments. Preferred Experience: • Selling any of the following: virtual staffing, medical billing, healthcare SaaS, RPM/CCM services, EMR platforms. • Working with solo practices, group practices, or specialty clinics. • Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical reimbursement models. Tools & Communication: • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) • Zoom, Google Meet, Slack • Proposal/contract tools (DocuSign, PandaDoc, etc.) Engagement Terms: • Initial: 5–15 hours/week. • Compensation: Hourly + performance-based commission for closed deals. • Strong potential for retainer or full-time role based on results. ⸻ To Apply: Please submit: 1.
