Help us scale a fast-growing sales consulting & systems firm We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our lean, high-performing team and help us deliver outstanding results and retention for our clients. You’ll play a central role in client success, campaign performance, and long-term growth. --- About Us We’re a boutique sales consulting and strategy firm helping B2B and B2C companies grow through a combination of: * Sales system design and implementation * Outbound campaign management (cold email, cold calling) * CRM optimization * SDR hiring and training * Done-for-you sales infrastructure (DFY) We work with startups, established B2B companies, and enterprise clients — and we’re positioned to scale to the next level. Our clients span industries like SaaS, construction, professional services, and manufacturing. Responsibilities You’ll serve as the strategic partner and communication lead for each new client — ensuring performance, client satisfaction, and retention. Client Management: * Lead weekly or bi-weekly video check-ins with clients to review KPIs, maintain momentum, and identify strategic next steps * Deliver end-of-week client reports that highlight performance wins, areas for improvement, and next actions * Resell clients on the value of working with us by consistently tying outcomes to business goals * Spot when campaigns are working — and when we need to adjust quickly * Collaborate with the founder and internal team to coordinate deliverables and manage expectations **Sales Strategy and Performance Support:** * Comfortable discussing sales KPIs (e.g., close rate, outbound conversion, revenue per lead) * Help identify outbound campaign bottlenecks and guide testing or improvements * Provide fractional sales management support per client needs — including SDR management and reporting * Support clients through challenges while reinforcing big-picture vision * Recognize upsell or expansion opportunities during meetings **Team and Systems Coordination:** * Onboard, train, and coach SDRs or internal sales reps * Coordinate internal workflows across Slack, Google Sheets, and Make.com * Help implement automations and operational improvements to increase delivery speed and quality --- Tools We Use (Tech Stack) * CRM: Close.com * Workflow: Slack, GDocs, Google Sheets * Automation: Make.com * AI support: ChatGPT --- ### What You’ll Need * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience managing client relationships in a sales or marketing environment * Strong sense of ownership and internal accountability * Confidence speaking with business owners about numbers and strategy * Experience in outbound sales systems (cold email, CRM, reporting) * Bonus: experience managing SDRs or running outbound campaigns directly --- ### Role Type and Compensation * Part-time (10–15 hrs/week) to start, with option to grow into full-time * Flexible hours with U.S. time zone overlap preferred Why This Role Is Exciting * You’ll receive **direct mentorship and coaching** from the founder, who brings 15+ years of sales experience and a track record of coaching top-performing agents across multiple industries * You’ll own client relationships and play a critical role in helping us scale * Work closely with the founder to help evolve systems and strategy * Growth path toward Head of Client Success or Director of Operations * Get in early with a firm scaling quickly If you want to jump the line, please submit a video Loom explaining why you'd a good fit for this role!
