We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive client engagement and close deals. If you have a strong background in B2B sales, cold calling, and negotiation, this role is for you. Responsibilities 1.) Sales Engagement 2.) Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing. 3.) Keep interactions professional and aligned with company values. 4.) Provide regular updates on progress and client feedback. Cold Calling 1.) Make at least 50 cold calls per day to potential clients. 2.) Keep a log of all calls, including outcomes and next steps. 3.) Update GoHighLevel daily with progress. Sales Deck 1.) Create and maintain a compelling sales deck. 2.) Update it with new offerings, case studies, and trends. Closing Deals 1.) Secure deals efficiently and effectively. 2.) Negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company. 3.) Ensure all closed deals meet a minimum value of $1,000. Compensation Base Salary $2000 per month. Performance Bonus $1,000 bonus for every 3 clients closed (minimum deal size: $1,000). 5% commission on the first invoice of each client. Performance Metrics Cold calls made daily. Quality and effectiveness of the sales deck. Number of deals closed each month. Client satisfaction and revenue generated. Who Should Apply? You should have: Experience in B2B sales and cold calling. A strong ability to close deals and negotiate. Excellent communication and organization skills. A proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
