Appointment Setter Wanted – Call Med Spas & Book Appointments with the Owner

We’re a marketing agency that helps medical spas get more patients. We generate 2–5 warm leads per day through cold email. These are med spa owners who have shown interest in receiving marketing material from us. We're looking for a proactive appointment setter to call these med spas and book a time with the owner to learn more about our services. What You’ll Be Doing: - Calling med spa leads shortly after they reply to our outreach - Getting past gatekeepers to speak directly with the owner or decision-maker - Booking appointments for our agency (not the med spa) into our calendar - Following a script (we’re actively improving it together) Ideal Candidate: - Has experience making outbound B2B calls - Knows how to confidently navigate gatekeepers and receptionists - Is available throughout the day to call new leads within 5–10 minutes - Has clear communication, a friendly tone, and strong follow-up skills Pay Structure: Hourly base + commission for each appointment booked If you’ve booked appointments with business owners before and are comfortable making multiple call attempts and working with a script, we’d love to hear from you.
