We’re looking to hire a skilled freelancer who can help us identify, research, and outreach to construction companies and general contractors that fit this profile to generate qualified B2B leads. Responsibilities: Research and build a list of construction firms or GCs in the U.S. who service national retail, franchise, or hospitality buildouts. Use tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or ZoomInfo to find verified contact information. Write and send cold outreach emails and/or LinkedIn messages to promote Wallsticker’s signage services. Follow up with prospects and help schedule intro calls with our team. Track progress in Google Sheets or a basic CRM. Optional: Phone outreach to follow up (if you have experience and confidence). Requirements: Proven experience in B2B lead generation or cold outreach (especially in the construction or commercial services industries). Strong written English skills (you’ll be sending messages on our behalf). Experience using lead gen or outreach tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, Mailshake, etc.). Reliable communication and attention to detail. Bonus: Familiarity with U.S. construction or signage markets. Deliverables: 100–500 verified leads of construction firms matching our criteria. Contacted decision-makers via cold email or LinkedIn. 5–10 scheduled intro calls (stretch goal). Budget & Payment: Open to hourly or fixed-price contracts.
