This job involves cold calling, and finding homeowners who are open to special contracts for vacation rental usage, offering them 10% more monthly rent. We would offer you a commission of $200 per find. This normally takes around 10 or 15 calls, and you have to know the right areas to look on Zillow. We can't take on several houses at once, but this can be a long term project where you can make some extra money regularly. You would need to have very good skills in finding properties with various features and in the correct areas, being polite, clear about the benefits, and be able to keep track of leads and follow up as needed. I would be able to help train you based on my own experience of this work, so that you can be familiar enough with the process to find definite success. I'm looking forward to working with someone along with my partner, to grow a successful vacation rental business. We are currently based in Birmingham, Alabama.
