Follow-Up Specialist for Retirement Planning Leads

We are seeking a dedicated follow-up specialist to engage with our retirement planning leads. Your primary role will be to reach out to potential clients and setup a appointments with a Certified Financial Planner. These are people who have opted in to be contacted, so not a cold calling role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone. Some financial knowledge is a plus, but not needed. This role is critical to converting leads into clients, so a proactive and friendly approach is essential. If you have experience in client follow-ups and a passion for helping individuals secure their financial futures, we want to hear from you!
