We run a U.S.-based cold calling and appointment-setting agency, focused on helping marketing agencies and service businesses consistently fill their calendars with qualified leads. We’re growing and looking to bring on a reliable, confident outbound rep who can handle calls and book real appointments. What You'll Be Doing: Calling cold or warm leads we provide (typically U.S. based) Using a proven script (with flexibility to adapt if needed) Booking qualified appointments directly into a calendar (we use Calendly) Logging outcomes in a simple Google Sheet or CRM Daily check-ins with updates Pay Structure: This is a performance-based role. We are listing an hourly rate for visibility, but you will be paid per qualified appointment set. $35–$60 per appointment (based on experience + performance) Bonuses for consistent volume + quality Long-term opportunity if it’s a good fit A qualified appointment = A prospect who matches our client’s criteria and agrees to a specific date/time for a sales call. What We’re Looking For: Fluent/native English speaker (U.S.-based preferred) Confident and experienced with cold calling Can follow a script but not sound robotic Self-motivated and consistent Comfortable working independently and reporting in daily This is a long-term position (6+ months).
