As we grow, we’re looking for a creative and motivated part-time Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in amplifying our digital presence. Position Overview: We’re seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to assist in our email and social media channels for 2 distinct liability insurance brands. For email, this will involve building unique & creative emails to our segmented audiences in addition to basic creative design. From a social media standpoint, this person will help oversee & create weekly content based on brand needs. Responsibilities: 1. Email Marketing: -Assist in building email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. -Design engaging templates, write persuasive copy, and optimize campaigns for high open and click-through rates. 2. Social Media Management: -Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter using Metricool. -Collaborate on content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. -Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement. 3. Content Creation: -Produce visuals, graphics, and videos. -Research trends and industry news to ensure our content remains relevant and valuable. 4. Campaign Support: -Assist in executing marketing campaigns. 5. Other Duties: -Support administrative tasks related to marketing. Qualifications: -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and social media platforms. -Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus. -Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. -Passion for wellness, yoga, massage, or related fields is highly desirable.
