We are a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency specializing in high-performance websites for growth-focused brands. We’re currently looking for an expert HubSpot CMS developer to support the technical build of a new website for one of our clients. The goal is to deliver a clean, fast, responsive, and conversion-optimized site that integrates seamlessly with HubSpot’s CRM and marketing tools. You’ll be working closely with our in-house design, strategy, and QA teams to bring finalized Figma mockups to life within the HubSpot CMS environment. Responsibilities: - Develop a custom HubSpot CMS website from approved Figma designs - Build fully responsive, pixel-perfect templates and modules using HUBL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript - Set up custom modules, HubDB and dynamic content for reusable structures - Ensure fast page load times, clean code, and SEO/accessibility compliance - Integrate forms, CTAs, and other conversion mechanisms with HubSpot CRM and workflows - Configure GTM, GA4, and support marketing tracking and analytics - Test across modern browsers and devices to ensure flawless functionality - Work with our project manager via tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Loom for feedback and updates Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot CMS development experience - Proficient in HUBL, HubSpot Design Manager, and HubDB - Strong skills in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive frameworks (e.g. Flexbox, Bootstrap) - Proven ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive builds - Understanding of technical SEO, WCAG accessibility standards, and web performance optimization - Experience with CRM integration, form logic, field mapping, and progressive profiling - Ability to write clean, modular, well-documented code - Excellent attention to detail and proactive communication skills Bonus Points For: - HubSpot CMS certifications - HubSpot API and third-party integrations (e.g. Salesforce, Zapier) - Experience with B2B or lead-gen websites - Familiarity with headless CMS or JAMstack architectures - QA/testing tools like BrowserStack or Lighthouse Only candidates with direct HubSpot development experience will be considered.
