WordPress Developer Needed for Auction Plugin on WooCommerce Website

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to create a custom auction style plugin for our WooCommerce Wordpress website. The auction will have 100-250 lots running simultaneously. The plugin should allow users to bid in a regular auction(2 weeks), then have an extended auction period(48hrs) where only individuals that previously bid on that particular item can bid on it during the extended period. Additionally we'll need to have a few options for the auction including reserve pricing, variable bid increments, soft close(aka snipe proof bidding) where the auction gets extended for a short time if someone bids in the final minutes of the auction, color options to match our website, countdown timer with Ajax, masked bidder ID, register and login buttons, and also a page where the bidder will fill out a request form to increase their ability to bid for higher priced items. You will need to integrate payment gateways, ensure responsive design, and provide a user-friendly interface.
