I'm currently looking to hire a dynamic, detail oriented and dedicated individual who will be the superstar assistant which will ultimately organize, operate and optimize my personal life, schedule, home, car, business life and more. * * Position is mainly at my home in Ponte Vedra, FL (32082) with some flexibility to occasionally work virtually and/or on the go. The position is a part-time position to begin and may turn into a full time position* * The successful candidate loves to serve and support a greater cause. Are you a "BIG YES" to?... 2 distinct roles within this position: Personal and Professional Assistant House Manager Virtual Assistance Virtual assistant activities, may include but not limited to the following items: Create and maintain all systems Work closely with finance person or any bill pay items Plan and book travel Productivity support and accountability Travel Management In-Person assistant activities, including but not limited to the following items: Food Grocery shop (ordering online is fine) Meal prep (eats whole food plant based) Serve meals (heat up meals or make smoothies) Home Help with set up and design Keep home clean and organized Home and Personal Care inventory management Laundry Manage / Change Bedding Managing garbage + recycling Check mailbox and execute action items Ongoing Maintenance Project Management for Special Projects Help create and maintain a home garden Pet (Dogs) Feed and walk Administer medicine as needed Take to vet appointments Car Maintenance Car Washes Errands Outside the Home Drycleaning Occasional pick/drop off the kids (when/if needed - mostly only if traveling) Miscellaneous Other Contact recurring bills like car insurance, home insurance, etc to get better rates Qualifications and Skills Unrelenting integrity and preserver of confidentiality Proficiency in general software use and ability to navigate Gsuite Proactive in seeking solutions and upgrades Effective communication Proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once Unrelenting attention to high standards, including with regard to cleanliness, accuracy, and organization Advocate and student of personal development Exceptional time management Enjoys kids and dogs and has a welcoming and respectful energy toward them Always optimizing your own life to be and perform at your best and excited to support someone else in doing the same Requirements No other conflicting commitments Lives within 15-20 minutes from owner at 32082 Insured driver with a clean driving record Willing and able to participate in completing a full background check Role Title: Superstar Assistant Location: Ponte Vedra, Florida Status: Independent Contractor Terms: Part-Time (20 hours a week on average) Compensation: $15-20 based on experience.
