We're seeking technical experts (e.g., software engineers) experienced in evaluating and hiring candidates for technical roles in IT. By technical roles, we mean early-career positions involving writing, reviewing, or debugging code, typically requiring degrees in computer science or related fields. Ideal candidates for this opportunity: 1) Currently work as a full-time or part-time technical expert in the IT industry within the United States. 2) Have experience evaluating candidates applying for technical positions. 3) Have conducted technical interviews during the hiring process Brief job description: 1) You will be asked to evaluate several job candidates' resumes and codes. 2) You will be asked to provide your insights about hiring practices in the IT industry. 3) It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the entire job.
