Influencer Marketing Manager (Health & Wellness)

We are seeking a part-time freelance Influencer Marketing Manager to help us launch and test our first influencer marketing campaign. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage brand work, understands health and wellness audiences, and has experience managing TikTok and Instagram influencer campaigns. Responsibilities: - Influencer Identification: Source and evaluate micro-influencers (10K–100K followers) aligned with our brand values and audience priorities (e.g., midlife women, BIPOC communities, men interested in wellness). - Outreach and Negotiation: Conduct outreach, negotiate flat-fee partnerships, and coordinate deliverables with a test cohort of 3–5 influencers. - Contracting and Compliance: Manage or support the contracting process using a standard influencer agreement (we can provide a template or adapt one you have). Ensure FTC-compliant disclosures and assist with internal content review for healthcare compliance. - Campaign Execution: Collaborate with influencers on content including sponsored posts, stories, reels, and TikToks. Guide creators on balancing their style with Culina Health’s tone—authentic, empathetic, and evidence-based. - Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance indicators including reach, engagement rate, referral traffic, conversion rate, and cost per lead. Summarize campaign results and provide recommendations for iteration. Qualifications: - Proven experience running influencer campaigns in wellness, health, or culturally conscious brands - Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems, particularly micro-influencers - Comfortable coordinating creators who may cross-post content across platforms - Familiarity with FTC compliance and basic contracting processes - Strong communication and project management skills Bonus: Experience working in or adjacent to healthcare or regulated industries Project Details: - Time commitment: Approximately 10 hours/week - Duration: 3 month initial engagement, with potential to extend - Contracting: You will help manage or advise on influencer contracts
