Social Media Marketing Specialist for Therapy Business

We are looking for a social media content creator with strong branding instincts and healthcare or wellness experience to help us build our presence from the ground up. We recently launched a boutique physical therapy practice focused on breast rehab and lymphedema care in NYC. We are looking for someone who can: • Understand our intake form and brand mission • Develop content that aligns with our tone—professional, compassionate, and clear • Create high-quality, visually consistent posts that reflect our values and services • Suggest post ideas for Instagram and Facebook that educate, inform, and promote our offerings • Ensure content accuracy and avoid generic or templated posts This is a collaborative opportunity—we’ll provide our intake forms, brand assets, and examples of what we like (and don’t like). We’d like to start with a few posts and potentially expand to ongoing support. Skills required: • Social media content creation (IG, FB) • Graphic design (Canva or similar) • Strong writing/editing skills • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or niche services preferred • Ability to take direction and deliver aligned content quickly Please share relevant examples of past work, ideally in a health/wellness space.
