As a core part of the Life Hub team, you will create interactive lessons, educational games, videos, and other digital resources that focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. Your work will empower learners to gain the real-world skills they need while earning money through our innovative Edu-Jobs feature. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop high-quality, interactive content focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness for kids and teens. This includes video lessons, quizzes, interactive exercises, games, and activities that align with Life Hub’s 360-degree learning model. Research and Development: Conduct research on the best practices for teaching young learners, especially focusing on financial management, money-making skills, and career planning. Stay updated on educational trends and gamification strategies to create highly engaging and effective learning materials. Gamification Integration: Work closely with our design and tech teams to incorporate gamification elements, such as badges, progress tracking, and reward systems, into the educational content to motivate students and celebrate their learning achievements. Content Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create well-rounded educational experiences. Ensure content is not only educational but also visually appealing and interactive. Content Review and Quality Assurance: Review educational content for accuracy, clarity, and engagement. Conduct testing of new content features, assess user feedback, and refine content to enhance user experience. Integration with Real-World Learning: Ensure all content ties into Life Hub’s Edu-Jobs ecosystem, where learners can complete tasks to earn money while learning practical financial and entrepreneurial skills. Design content that supports and enhances the real-money earning experience. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Media, Communication, or a related field. Knowledge of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, or career readiness is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in creating engaging educational content for children or teenagers. Familiarity with financial literacy or entrepreneurship education is preferred. Skills: Strong writing and storytelling abilities tailored for young audiences (ages 5-18). Ability to create interactive educational content, including videos, quizzes, and gamified learning activities. Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Understanding of how to make complex financial and career concepts digestible for kids and teens. Ability to collaborate with teams to integrate multimedia, gamification, and interactive elements into learning materials.
