Looking for an expert with extensive experience in high-level artificial intelligence, specifically in setting up and training customer service AI agents and integrations with ChatGPT. The goal is to develop an AI-driven system that can handle text, chat, and email interactions (initially), and potentially social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) later. Key requirements: 1. Experience in setting up AI chatbots for customer service with proven examples. You should provide us with testable models that we can interact with as customers. These models must handle complex workflows, including answering difficult questions and triggering notifications to customer service staff when a question can’t be answered or needs follow-up. 2. Ability to categorize and document interactions in a Google Sheet for ongoing improvements. You will be working in your own HighLevel account; we will not provide access to ours. Once the AI model is built, we should be able to demo the working model before accepting it. Once accepted, the model must be exported as a snapshot for payment release. Integration with social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) for customer service interactions will be needed after the initial chatbot setup.
