We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our residential property management team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality support to tenants and property owners, addressing inquiries, processing service requests, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. • Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with the appropriate departments or contractors for resolution. • Manage tenant communications regarding leases, rent payments, community policies, and property rules. • Assist with lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes. • Resolve tenant complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, service requests, and transactions. • Support property managers with administrative tasks, reports, and tenant correspondence. • Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred). • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
