We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional Webinar Moderator to join us on a freelance basis and bring fresh energy to our virtual events! You’ll work directly with our Marketing Event Specialist to support and host webinars that engage and inform our higher education audience. This isn’t just about clicking “Start Webinar”—we want someone who’s comfortable on camera, quick on their feet, and excited to be part of a growing series. If you love Education, love people, and know how to keep things running smoothly (even when Zoom doesn’t), we’d love to work with you! Job Responsibilities: - Host and moderate Zoom webinars with confidence and energy - Introduce presenters, manage Q&A/chat, and help attendees navigate the session - Troubleshoot basic tech issues on the fly - Keep sessions professional, on-schedule, and engaging - Be a calm, helpful presence for both speakers and attendees - Offer feedback or ideas to help us improve the webinar experience
