Negative media storm that went "viral" started by social media "influencer" with intention to ruin my business and reputation I've spent 10+ years building and have invested 6 figures into. Using a false narrative to play victim, a YouTuber made a "reaction" video over some blogger on IG & Tiktok who claimed she was being attacked on social media which is clearly BS when they are ones doing exactly that by manipulating fake accounts and screenshots to use as their offense claiming I'm a "cyber bully" yet this youtube video and original poster were doxxing my information, spreading false information, enticing tens of thousands of people to storm my eccommerce stores forcing me to shut them down for several months and an active acquisition from a interested investor with an LOI that backed out once this happened. The video garnered 10+ million views and sent hundreds of thousands of visitors to my multiple stores and demolished our online reviews, reputation, revenues and the pending acquisition making it literally impossible to conduct business at this point. Meanwhile, this Youtuber has a net worth of $12M from basically trolling businesses and their owners just to get likes and views at my expense. The brand is Black Label Paper, also ParchmentPaper.com where I have been selling parchment paper for over 10 years, zero complaints or bad reviews until this complete manipulated nonsense. The Youtuber's name(s) Penguinz0 and ThatDaneshGuy which caused this to be "viral" but the main culprit who started it all is from somebody at DineInToronto on IG/Tiktok. This was also reposted by MSNBC and Yahoo Business I believe. Is this something that can be handled? It has cost the business unknown revenue loss outside of the pending acquisition on top of damaging the long term economic value of ParchmentPaper.com and my Black Label Paper federally registered trademark for years to come. It has crippled my income and ability to essentially get by in life. I know for a fact just off the ad revenue from Youtube several hundred thousand was generated for these people just based off the amount of views. Please let me know your thoughts, thank you.
