Job Description: We’re a growing medical staffing company focused on the travel nurse industry, and we’re looking for a part-time CFO-level consultant or finance expert to help clean up and review our QuickBooks Online setup. Scope of Work: • Audit and categorize all transactions in QuickBooks to ensure accuracy. • Reconcile bank, credit card, and payroll accounts. • Verify all revenue and expenses are properly tracked and mapped. • Assess overall spending and provide insights to improve financial efficiency. • Recommend updates to financial processes and internal controls. Requirements: • Must reside in the United States. • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online. • Strong background in financial oversight, accounting, or CFO services, ideally in healthcare or staffing. • Skilled at identifying discrepancies and implementing improvements. • Familiarity with payroll, contractor payments, and reconciliation processes. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and healthcare-related financial workflows. • Experience working with remote teams or as a freelance CFO. • Availability to begin immediately, with short-term engagement and potential for extended work.
