Generate content and commercialize it on YouTube India.
The Agent will promote our YouTube content to potential customers in order to optimize the Client's revenue from the Platforms. The Agent has secured from the Client the exclusive and full rights to perform (where appropriate) the following services: (a) Create a video channel on YouTube platforms for India with the goal of monetization; (b) Negotiate distribution agreements on platforms in India; (c) Subtitle the Show in Hindi, if necessary; (d) Promote our content on other video platforms in India, at the Agent’s discretion, including but not limited to the platforms mentioned; (g) Negotiate sponsorships or advertising contracts in India on behalf of the Client; (h) Provide the Client with a quarterly report including statistics and revenue.
