EvRfinance – Full-Stack Developer with AI, Fintech, and BaaS Experience We’re seeking a highly skilled full-stack developer for a 3–6 month project to build the MVP of EvRfinance, a modern AI-powered financial platform for small and mid-sized businesses. You’ll work closely with the founder, a UI/UX designer, and a fractional CTO to bring to life a beautiful web and mobile application with smart banking, payment tools, and AI insights. This is a high-ownership role — not just implementation, but technical decision-making and creative input on how to structure features and flows for scale. Strong experience with financial platforms, embedded banking (BaaS), and API integrations is essential. ⸻ Required Experience: • Deep knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern JS frameworks • Experience building dashboards, payment systems, or financial applications • Familiarity with BaaS platforms like Unit, Synctera, or Treasury Prime • Integration with OpenAI API (GPT-4) or similar LLMs for chat-based features • Firebase or PostgreSQL for backend / real-time functionality • Comfortable working with Figma files and modern UI/UX handoffs • Proficient with Git, Slack, and lightweight agile workflows ⸻ Bonus Experience (Not Required): • Flutter or FlutterFlow for mobile buildout • Experience with bill pay platforms, payouts, or revenue forecasting • Fintech security, fraud prevention, or KYC tools • Familiarity with Stripe, Plaid, or other financial APIs ⸻ Project Scope: • Build responsive web app + support mobile frontend • Connect backend to banking APIs, OpenAI for AI assistant features • Develop core modules: user auth, plan builder, payout calendar, dashboard metrics, AI assistant modal • Work closely with founder + designer to deliver pixel-perfect screens ⸻ The product is beautifully designed and highly validated.
