Job Title: Website Redesign on Squarespace (Professional Services Site) Description: We’re looking for an experienced Squarespace designer/developer to help redesign our website for a modern, professional look that reflects our company, The Tico Group. We’ve already started working within the Brine template on Squarespace, and we're seeking help bringing it to the finish line or having it redesigned altogether. Project Goals: Establish a modern, credible, and professional online presence Make it easy for us to manage future updates internally Maintain ALL existing URL redirects and unlinked pages, which are actively used by clients Create a clean and cohesive visual style across all pages Important: We must preserve all existing URL redirects and unlinked pages (used by our current clients). Any changes must NOT interrupt these. Pages Needing Work: 1. Home Page Improve text overlay on banner image Establish consistent style and layout Update and link “HR Services” and “Recruiting” tiles Redesign “Questions?” section to be cleaner 2. What We Do Fix image/text layout Reformat service list into a visually engaging format “Contact Us Today” should link to the contact form 3. Who We Are Redesign from scratch to boost credibility and professionalism Include section for upcoming company stats Make layout clean and easy to understand 4.
