I had an ORB strategy created this month. After testing it, I discovered a bug/defect with the Risk/Position Size Management portion of the strategy. I will provide a video explaining more once I create the job post. I originally used an offshore talent, but I after that experience, I have realized that the timezone and language barrier issues were a bit of a challenge.
