Set up CI/CD, automated testing, vulnerability scans. Produce HIPAA documentation and hand-off playbook. Must-Have Experience Shipping HIPAA- or SOC2-level web apps. Infra-as-code, modern JS/TS, SQL/NoSQL. Excellent comms: weekly demos, quick turnaround. Deliverables & Timeline Architecture doc + sprint plan. MVP with core flows.
