Convert Excel Model to Website

Need to convert an Excel model into a web-compatible format. The current excel file is 60 GB and the data is 70,000 rows and 55 columns (though eventually even more columns). Currently, the user of this file is able to use slicers to multi select states, venue types as well as use drop downs to filter based on sales and demographic percentiles (i.e. top 25% of sales). The excel model ultimately provides a final list of locations based on the user's parameters. The excel file uses vstack formulas, conditional picklists, slicers that would all need to be replicated. In an ideal world, i could just post this excel file on a website and it still operates, but i tried that and its too large and the website doesnt work. So open to solutions.
