AI Workflow Engineer(Data Research, Marketing, & Automation) Strategic AI Workflow Engineer for High-Growth Real Estate Business Blue Ridge Ventures (BRV) is a real estate investment firm committed to helping homeowners sell as-is properties while producing high-integrity outcomes for investors and communities. We're building a top 1% operation driven by strategic thinking, ambition, and meaningful work. We're currently seeking an AI Workflow Engineer with advanced research, data management, and marketing skills to help us reach our 2025 targets. This is NOT a task-oriented AI Engineer role. We're looking for a self-starter who learns daily, communicates clearly, and wants to play a central role in growing a competitive business. Key Responsibilities: -Pull and organize property data using scraping tools, spreadsheets, and online research. -Design clean, repeatable data management systems for KPIs and business operations. -Research sellers, investors, and AI tools to create business efficiencies. -Execute outreach via text inboxes and automated follow-ups. -Support scheduling and repurposing content for social media. -Track performance and reflect on what worked and what didn't. -Assist in designing and implementing automation workflows (Zapier, ChatGPT, etc). What You’ll Need to Succeed: - Expert knowledge in AI tools and how they integrate with different businesses -Expert in Google Sheets, scraping tools, and internet research. -Experience with AI tools, automations, and CRMs is a strong plus. -Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). -Self-starter mindset — you anticipate needs and act on them. -Committed to learning & growing daily. -Aligned with our purpose: helping families and communities through real estate.
