Role: Data Scientist We are looking for a skilled Predictive Modeler with deep expertise in traditional machine learning techniques to develop, validate, and implement statistical models that drive actionable business insights. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building supervised models such as regression, decision trees, ensemble models (Random Forest, XGBoost), and time series forecasting. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to support business use cases (e.g., churn prediction, demand forecasting, risk scoring) • Apply traditional machine learning algorithms to large datasets, ensuring model robustness and interpretability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions • Conduct feature engineering, variable selection, and data transformations. Hand on Python programming with AI Skills • Validate model performance using statistical techniques and communicate results effectively to stakeholders • Contribute to the governance and lifecycle management of deployed models
