We are looking for a CTO with a solid background in backend development (.NET) and full-stack vision, capable of leading the global technology strategy of our business group. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, coordinating frontend and backend teams, ensuring the scalability of solutions and aligning technology with business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Define the technology strategy and roadmap for all group projects, aligning business objectives and budget. - Design and supervise the backend architecture in .NET, ensuring performance, security and scalability. - Lead multidisciplinary teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, QA) promoting best practices, mentoring and agile methodology. - Manage the software lifecycle: estimation, planning, development, testing, deployment and continuous iteration. - Ensure code quality through ci/cd, code reviews, automated testing and observability metrics. - Oversee cloud infrastructures (mainly Azure; plus aws/gcp), optimising costs and resilience. - Ensure security and compliance across all platforms. - Liaise with stakeholders (business, product, vendors, partners) communicating progress, risks and needs. - Explore new technologies and trends to maintain the group's competitive advantage. Technical Requirements: - Solid experience in backend development with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core). - Knowledge of the main backend technologies and languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, among others). - Proficiency in microservices architectures and scalable design patterns. - Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure (deployment, configuration, monitoring). Experience with other platforms (aws, gcp) is a plus. - Experience implementing APIs (REST, GraphQL) and consuming third-party services. - Knowledge in containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Relational database management (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). - Experience in continuous integration and delivery processes (ci/cd) and version control tools (git). - Solid knowledge of application security and monitoring and logging tools. - Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, among others) to be able to lead projects in an integral way and coordinate the team in charge of the visual and interactive part. Skills and Competences: - Leadership skills to coordinate multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams (backend and frontend). - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical profiles. - Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to make effective decisions. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Flexibility and adaptability to work in agile and changing environments.
